Custom manufactured items are shipped only on the completion of said manufacturing, lead-times depend on the product being manufactured and the qty being produced.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased through our website. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements. We are not liable for any items damaged in transit via courier, the optional insurance can be included on all shipping quotations at the purchasers expense.
